Basic Sunrider Program for Daily Regeneration and Optimum Health
NuPlus
NuPlus is yin and nourishes the body at the cellular level. It provides deep, internal energy and strength. It fills in nutritional gaps left by our modern diets. (It satisfies rather than satiates.) It is the foundational food for whole-body energy. It is very easy to digest. Mix with warm or room temperature water with a squirt of Sunectar or Sunnydew (see below) and consume immediately after mixing. Consume minimum 1 scoop NuPlus per Fortune Delight consumed per day, and 3 scoops NuPlus per Calli consumed per day. (It is OK to consume more NuPlus than this ratio, but it is best not to consume less on a long-term basis.)
Calli
Calli is yang. It nourishes the cleansing systems of the body, so that the body can remove toxins, pollutants, heavy metals, and metabolic waste at the cellular level. It helps the body to lower blood cholesterol levels. It enhances clarity of thought and the ability to concentrate. Steep the teabag in 6-8 cups of hot (but not boiling) water for no more than 10 minutes. For the first few months I suggest steeping it for only 3-5 minutes. Remove and discard bag. Add a squirt of Sunectar or Sunnydew and drink within 16 hours of preparing. It may be diluted in several cups of water as necessary.
Fortune Delight
Fortune Delight is yang. It is one of Sunrider's most fundamental and important products that refreshes the body and promotes mental clarity. It is cleansing but not a diuretic or a laxative. It is a concentrated herbal food that nourishes the body to do its own cleansing in the most effective and efficient manner. It supports the muscular-skeletal system, and helps to remove metabolic wastes and toxins, such as lactic acid after physical exertion. It supports digestion and colonic health, aids in fat metabolism and promotes better weight management. It is high in antioxidants and electrolytes and naturally low in calories. Fortune Delight does not contain sugar, caffeine, artificial chemicals or sweeteners. It is a perfect replacement for sports drinks, packaged juices and sodas. Mix with 1-4 cups water with a squirt of Sunectar or SunnyDew and drink within 16 hours of preparing.
Sunectar and SunnyDew
Sunectar and SunnyDew both have stevia (balanced with chrysanthemum flower) as their main ingredient. They nourish the pancreas, thereby helping to regulate blood sugar. They regulate arterial blood pressure. They improve digestion, and help promote the healing of ulcers and lesions in the digestive system. They are mildly antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic and antiviral and hasten the topical healing of cuts, bruises, and scrapes. They are over 50 times sweeter than sugar, yet help prevent tooth decay! They are alkaline (disease thrives in an acidic environment). Sunectar is dark in color, and stronger in taste than SunnyDew, which is clear and has a lighter flavor. Add to all Sunrider drinks, and use as a sugar substitute in anything!
Quinary
Quinary nourishes the body's five major systems: the immune, circulatory, endocrine, digestive, and respiratory systems. Containing about 50 specially combined herbs, the Quinary formula helps strengthen each system; it also balances, harmonizes and promotes effective "communication" among the systems for optimal support of the body. Add to any Sunrider drink or consume with Sunectar or SunnyDew in water.
